HQ Greensboro is a shared work space designed to empower, foster, and cultivate businesses that produce long-term job growth and positive social impact. We address two challenges that entrepreneurs face: building a trusted support community and  gaining access to flexible, affordable office space.
Through their partnership, HQ Raleigh, HQ Charlotte and HQ Greensboro support a strong regional community of entrepreneurs. The three entities team up on programming, events, membership, space design and administration

  • Expectations and Key Deliverable
    1. Manages the day-to-day operations of HQ Greensboro, providing valuable
    entrepreneurship-related services, experiences and resources to the
    entrepreneurial community
    2. Develops and executes an operational plan for HQ, maximizing its earned
    revenue opportunities through membership dues, office rentals, special event
    rentals, programmatic fees, and sponsorship
    3. Takes the initiative on-site and within the community to get people engaged in an
    atmosphere of innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship
    4. Develops strong relationships within Greensboro’s business community,
    entrepreneurial groups, economic development groups, and local Chambers;
    serves as a “connector” between the entrepreneurial community and HQ
    5. Oversee the development of programs for the entrepreneurial community
    6. Oversees budget management and realization of financial goals
    7. Supervises a staff of two; overseeing hiring, training and evaluation of staff
    8. Understands HQ is a small business where an open, welcoming culture is
    essential and everyone is part of a team effort in its success
