The University of North Carolina at Greensboro Entrepreneur Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate Entrepreneurship majors and minors to gain first-hand experience with local entrepreneurs.  By fostering these entrepreneurially-minded students and providing extra assistance to the entrepreneur, these internships will benefit both the students and the growth of Greensboro’s small business community.  The program is administered through UNCG’s Bryan School of Business and Economics and Triad InternNet, a program of the Greensboro Partnership.

Each year, interns are selected to live onsite 3-4 months for a Spring, Summer and Fall session. Interns are paired with core departments (Communications, Operations, House, Programs) and work with a supervisor to refine their skill-sets in advancement of emerging leadership and the organization.

The Triad Regional Export Initiative is recruiting interns to support companies working with the Global Opportunity Center to expand their exports. These are paid internships. Prospective interns would need some classwork or experience in international business.

 SUDS Waterless  Paid Internships 

SUDS Waterless is offering internships to help students gain practical skills in Entrepreneurship. The intern can specialize in marketing, sales, and operations. For example, students gain practical skills in creating and implementing marketing campaigns in the realms of social media, event planning, and recruitment efforts. Additionally, human resource management, inventory management, and daily customer sales interactions are learned. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work on a team to create the rollout and implementation strategies, but then work individually to bring these strategies into action. We offer stipends. The 3-credit internship is ENT/BUS 450 and the student works 150 hours for the semester. The business owners are two former UNCG Entrepreneurship student majors.
