In The Greensboro Real Estate Fund internship, you will learn how to:

• Put together commercial real estate deals
• Find debt, talk to private investors
• Analyze financial Proformas
• Meet local developers & other key players, and much more

The pay will be $15/hour. However, more important than the money will be the wealthy of priceless knowledge you will obtain, and relationships you will form, which would take years otherwise.
